Description of the research topic:

Aim of the research work is the formulation and investigation of semi-solid systems which support the barrier function of infant, children and adult skin. During the research, the task is to define the parameters affecting skin barrier function and formulate and investigate various dermal compositions based on these factors. In the course of the work, such dermal preparations and methods will be developed that are suitable for improving the skin barrier function.
