Description of the research topic:

Recently, interesting baryon-baryon anticorrelations and angular correlations have been observed in proton-proton collisions, among the final state hadrons. This may all shed light on some features of the hadronization process, and help us understand the strong interaction better. The candidate would analyze data from the Compact Muon Solenoid collaboration to reproduce and verify and further study these effects.

It is strongly recommended that the candidate will have worked with me as an MSc student before and has shown good performance. Good computing skills, C++, python, ROOT experience is required or strongly recommended. Good scientific attitude, patienc
