Description of the research topic:

The aim of our work is to delineate the biochemical, molecular biological and cell biological effects of single component or composit metal nanoparticles in various tumor cells. We investigate what kind of changes are characteristic in the major signalling pathways and in the gene expression pattern of cancerous cells after nanoparticle treatments.
