Description of the research topic:

Knowledge sharing is a key factor of the successful operation of an organization. It is especially true in case of tacit knowledge. The questions of the research is how the trust influences the organizational success. Can we talk about trust on an organizational level or it can be interpreted on an individual level? How can trust and mistrust be measured in case of tacit knowledge sharing as an influential component of an organizational success?
