Description of the research topic:

Account of the intellectual capital, as organizational wealth is missing from the official settling and accounting of organizations. The aim of the research is to develop a method which can calculate the elements of intellectual capital (human, structural, relational) numerically and which offers suitable solutions in a quantitative form to build into the accounts of organizations.
