Description of the research topic:

Labor economics imperfections covers a very large field of economics, and also sheds light on its most important problems. Its main areas of concern are varied, and include education, (un)employment, the cost of labor, the numbers of hours worked per week, employees being fired and resigning, decisions by individuals to participate in the labor market (job satisfaction, health etc.) and many other subjects on which public debate frequently turns in modern society. the results of our researches from these perspectives and with different quantitative and qualitative methods could be fruitful for the corporate governance.
