Description of the research topic:

The expansing drug resistance among pathogenic microorganisms is one of the most important challenge in the treatment of infectious diseases in our days. Therefore isolation and characterisation of new effective compounds is required. The aim of this topic is to characterise newly sythesized compounds and to reveal their mode of action.
