Description of the research topic:
The aim of the work is the production and investigation of protein containing solid dosage forms, especially from the aspect of the change of the enzyme activity to the affect of the pharmaceutical production process. The main aim is to ensure the appropriate bioavailability of the drug with the optimization of the production process and formulation.
Methods and technologies: high-shear granulation, extrusion-spheronization, coating, PAT techniques, study of interactions with FT-IR, NIR, Raman, DSC, TG-MS and other methods. Compressibility and surface free energy studies; investigation of the mechanical hardness, bioadhesion and other physical parameters, study of the drug dissolution and enzyme activity.
