Description of the research topic:

The brain injury is an umbrella category which includes the degenerative changes of the brain. According to the rapid development of neuropsychology we gained significant increasing of knowledge in the cognitive background of neurodegenerative disorders. In this theme the PhD students can get insight into neuropsychological methodology and testing. The theme analyzes the wide range of cognitive dysfunctions of neurodegenrative disorders. It assesses the relationship between degenerative disorders and memory, attention, and language functions. The knowledge of this reseach can be to use in clinical practise too.
