A kutatási téma leírása:
Exploring the environmental problems of peri-urban areas resulting from the spread of built-up areas. The research will examine land consumption, the spread of impermeable surfaces, the conversion of green spaces and their ecological impact. Suburbanisation processes, their causes and consequences in cities in Hungary or in other countries may also be studied. Methods: GIS and sociological methodology, environmental science methods, evaluation. As a result of the thesis, proposals should be formulated to facilitate the adaptation of urban planning to climate change.
