A kutatási téma leírása:
The shift in corporate communication is a crucial factor for success in the market. This doctoral research project aims to uncover how conscious consumption might impact consumer protection policies and product liability standards. The goal is to gather and analyze theories on conscious consumption and contrast these with the consumer behavior observed in the real world. A special focus is placed on the digital environment, where consumer decisions are rapidly evolving. The research methodology encompasses both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques, including consumer surveys, in-depth interviews, and case studies.
The project seeks to propose recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of consumer protection policies and product liability, especially concerning green decision-making:
• Consumer Behavior Models: By integrating theories of conscious consumption with both traditional and modern consumer behavior models, we aim to obtain a comprehensive understanding of consumer decision-making.
• Corporate Communication: We plan to identify corporate communication strategies that could facilitate conscious consumption and examine how companies communicate their sustainability efforts.
