Conductive hearing losses with intact tympanic membrane are very divorcing conditions in Hungary if we think the application of preoperative imaging methods. We do think, that surgery cannot be performed without preoperative HRCT/CBCT. This study will compare the preoperative audiological findings to the preoperative imaging results and investigate the intraoperative findings, and also the postoperative histological results if they are available. We would like to perform a new staging system for the patients wit pure conductive, or mixed hearing loss. In order to decide surgical procedure. This is a multicentric study.
