Researching philosophical (including ethical) aspects of war has serious significance in itself, and as means to systematize other, less abstract and universal sort of knowledges of the field. Philosophy of war contains theories of conventional and non.conventional wars. Theories of conventional wars have long history, going back to the Antiquity. Althougth, theories of non-conventional wars have relatively short, featuring mainly the 20th century. Non-conventional wars include for exmaple asymmetrical wars, nuclear war, hybrid war, space war, and every forms of new warfare fenomena in the 20-21th centuries.
