The contribution of the tertiary sector to the performance and development of national economies is significant. In the macro- and microeconomic approach, the risk and security factors of the service process influence the performance of the service, which determines the evaluation, satisfaction and loyalty of consumers, and also has an impact on the performance of the service provider. Based on this, the identification of risk and safety factors is outstanding in order to reduce the uncertainties arising from the specifics of the service and other factors.
A number of optional aspects of services can be examined, of which the areas of trade and tourism, as well as public services, such as health care, education and public transport, can be highlighted. The research can use several points of view, from the point of view of the state or government of the regulator, the service provider and the consumer.
Research purposes: The aim of the research is to model the service process in a multidisciplinary approach and highlight the corner points and factors that influence the performance of the service. The use of a number of basic models in this field has become widespread in both academic and practical applications. The task of the candidate is to analyze the possibilities of further development of these models in order to build a new model.
