A kutatási téma leírása:
A large number of businesses provide public services. They have to adapt to the legal environment of public services and follow the values expected of public service providers (public utility companies). They must also work effectively. This complex and specific challenge justifies being an independent research topic at the Doctoral School. The aim of the research is to examine how the requirement of integrity and effectiveness is reflected in the regulation of public services and how public service companies can meet these requirements.
Questions: How can public utility companies develop their management system? How can they harmonize the performance and integrity requirements? What kind of regulation is needed to harmonize the two requirements and make it easier to meet both of them?
As a result of the research, we gain systematic knowledge of the practical applicability of the dual requirements and reveal management methods and formulating regulatory proposals that would make the system of the dual requirements more harmonious.
