"Recently, accessibility of quantum computers became reality. The offer the possibility to solve computationally hard engineering problems such as routing in networks, searching in large data bases, improving the performance of artificial intelligence, etc.
The candidate will survey several problems and develop quantum computing based solutions for selected ones. Efficiency/computational complexity of the developed algorithms has to be investigated and evaluated. "
