A kutatási téma leírása:
The globalized civilization and the recent transitions have been undergoing a seismic shift, with the beginning of the century as the era of information and technology revolution and free-market economy have taken place, provoking and forcing the participants and experts to rethink about the century-old business practices. Therefore, we need to reinvent new avenues to combat escalated financial and economic challenges, as well. The evolutive development affects the public and private finances. The regulation and the effectiveness of the state cashflow and the business are getting closer and closer. In public finances the strengthening of the accountability and the involvement of public participation raise the legislator’s attention. In the private sector the starting points are the Basel I-IV. and Solvency I-II. Business automation (FinTech) from the SMEs to larger corporate firms has taken place already. Financial transactions, records, and data are saved in ERP which in turn requires a new financial reporting platform and regulations from the governing body within the company parallel to the jurisdiction central government. These automated stock and FX market and new emerging transaction platform like blockchain will need newly architectured financial regulations to safeguard the investor, lenders, stakeholders to ensure fair competition and sustainable economy.
