Every group has it’s own changing dynamics – be it a group of adult learners at a language school, a school classroom, or the staff of an educational institution. This topic includes research focused on factors that can influence group dynamics, ways of influencing it, and why it is important to take into account when planning lessons and courses, as well as its role within the context of educational leadership.
