While resilient individuals cope well with disturbances to successfully achieve expectations set by their new environment, others are more vulnerable to stress, and struggle. Doctoral students are welcome to participate in the investigation of psychological factors of these differences, and in the process of identfying effective interventions that would help people to better adapt to new environments.
