An important factor of responsible corporate governance is the use of performance measurement and evaluation system that contributes to meet the strategic goals. The efficiency of performance measurement and evaluation is partly due to the identification and application of key factors contributing to meeting company goals. One aim of the research is to analyze the impact of corporate human capital investment on employee motivation and performance, to identify the relationship between motivation factors and performance, the role of the information and communication technology to train and motivate employees. Research can contribute to exploring the relationship between corporate performance and the corporate or private investment in human capital, such as increased ability and knowledge of employees.
