A kutatási téma leírása:
The three pillars of andragogy (adult education, adult training and adult learning) have been changing rapidly in our turbulent time. The expressions (learning society, knowledge-driven economy etc.) applied for the contemporary society and economy have to do a lot with quartery education. Researching institutional characters, the dynamic changes of participations in the formal and non formal learning activities are the fundamental ones from the field. However, there is also a very exciting phenomena in andragogy, which relates to the spatial diversity of adult learners.
