The need for social responsibility is based on action against the deterioration / destruction of social and environmental values. These values cause both society and the economy (including companies) to focus on their social role. Nowadays, more and more companies are choosing to take into account the strict social and environmental aspects that often go beyond the local rules in which they operate.
Social Responsibility is a complex management approach that permeates all the company's activities and processes and has a significant impact on the company's competitiveness. In order to be able to plan for the long term, it is necessary to incorporate responsibility into the strategy of the organization, however, practical implementation depends essentially on the behaviour of the organization, and ultimately on the attitude of the manager to social responsibility, as the leader is the driving force of organizational behaviour and the dominant part of the institution's model.
