A kutatási téma leírása:
Corporate finance literature usually
differentiate between three financing type for new projects, namely, using own sources, borrow
from banks or via securities, financing via new equity. Relevant new sources appeared in the EU
or due to the financial crisis. SME sector of emerging Europe may use non-refundable EU funds as
well. In addition, in some countries cheap funds can be reached due to special post-crisis programs
(like the one of the MNB, or the Bank of England). This new setup may change decision making
of SMEs.
