Family businesses are on the verge of generational change – The relevance of this hot topic
comes from the fact that most of the founders of the Eastern Central European family
businesses are around retirement and states before an uncertain future. But the topic is
relevant all over the world. One of the greatest aims is to raise awareness of importance of
strategic planning of succession, within the families and/or outside. Only the strategic
planning could help… The next result could be the awareness of importance the soft factors,
such as values’ and reputations’ transfer among generations.
