A kutatási téma leírása:
Organizations attempt to achieve competitive advantage through the integration of suppliers in most important processes of the supply chain. Collaboration can be strategic and operational between supply chain partners. The benefits of strategic supply chain collaboration are: two-way communication; use of cross-functional teams; establishment of high levels of trust; and improvement in the competitive advantage of the SC members.
Research questions of the topic are as follows. What interaction can improve the quality of the service and product, the innovation and the effectiveness of the supply chain? What practices of collaboration are used in different supply chains of products and services? How much collaborative practices impact the chain performance. How should be SC members categorized to apply special collaboration practices to work with them the most efficient way.
