A kutatási téma leírása:
Natural products play an essential role in the development of novel anticancer lead molecules. The aim of the project is the identification of pharmacologically unevaluated natural product and their synthetic analogs which are suitable further development. Within the framework of the project cell-based in vitro methods are utilized in order to describe the antiproliferative and antimetastatic properties of the test substances as well as to approach their mechanism of action.
