A kutatási téma leírása:
Within the study of recent developments in applied linguistics and language pedagogy, this topic provides a framework for needs based research into the planning, implementation and evaluation processes of LSP education in various national and international settings and contexts. A theoretical frame is required for the exploration and description of discipline-specific language use, register varieties on the one hand, and learning demands on the other. Needs analysis findings may be applied for the pedagogical practices (curriculum and syllabus design, materials and textbook evaluation, task-based interactions, teacher development, English medium programmes).
