It is a fundamental requirement for the production of fruit- and vegetable-origin products to minimize the losses of valuable ingredients during the production process and to explain their beneficial effect on consumption. It is also known that spices and herbs have also beneficial effect on our immune system, contributing to the preservation of our health.
Thus, taking advantage of these beneficial properties, it is possible to create a new and diverse product palette. Therefore, this market may have many untapped development opportunities.
Laboratory and analytical studies will be done to produce foods with chemical, biological and biochemical effects.
