A kutatási téma leírása:
In a sample of 100 healthy young adults (criteria for exclusion: vegetarian or vegan diet, special diet because of food allergy, nutritional disorders, antibiotic or probiotic administration in the last 30 days, smoking) fecal samples will be collected for gut microbiota analysis. Fecal microbiota composition will be determined using 16S rRNA based methods. Body structural parameters (nutritional status, bone structure, body mass components) will be studied by standard anthropometric methods. The relationship between gut microbiota composition and body structural parameters will be studied by multifactorial statistical analyses.
