A kutatási téma leírása:
The concept of globalization was born in the late '60s, when scientist members of “The Club of Rome” started to promote common understanding of the global challenges facing humanity and to propose solutions through scientific analysis, communication and advocacy. The globalization of today's view is the world-wide unification - Convergence is a process of life, culture, social structures and financial developments in the field as well. Today, there are new winds in this area as well. We strive to answer the following questions:
• What is concept of internationalization and globalization? How do these concepts have changed over the years?
• What is the origin of today's international management theory and practice? What do the international and domestic trends in this area?
• What is the relationship between company strategy and organization forms of multinational firms?
• What is the role of professional service providers in this field?
• What similarities and differences show management practices of domestic and foreign-owned management companies?
• What does the future unfolds in this area?
