Involvement of the Hungarian Defence Forces in international peace operations makes urgent necessity the presentation of the implementation of the military infrastructure task in establishing military camps. Special task of this area is to examine the implementation of the independent (national) camps. The integral part of this task is to explorate the facilities of the administrative, technical/technological and organizational requirements. This theme is adapted for introduce the requirements relating to the establishment of camps, their practical realizations and with examples explains the perceived importance of the topic.
Objectives:
Analyze the factors which determine the equipment of military camps, to define the new expectations (infrastructure tasks, NATO expectations, experiences);
HDF’s opportunities (infrastructural, logistical, engineering, technical, etc.) in developing independent (national) camps;
Developing proposals for implementation of military camps which meets to the NATO principles and it takes into account the affecting circumstances;
Developing a coherent work (PhD thesis), which ground for designing, organizing and implementing of these tasks.
Research methods
Study of both domestic and foreign literature and existing regulations.
Consultations on the subject experienced professionals.
Internet research on the topic.
Processing knowledge and experiences on based on during his/her carrier.
The analysis of the studied documents and drawing conclusions.
Development publications with theoretical and practical suggestions.
