To understand the functioning of organizations, it is necessary to examine internal and external factors. Pointing to the importance of leadership and organizational culture. To measure organizational culture, we need information from multiple sources that can be analyzed using different methods. For visible elements, analysis can be based on the organization's website, information contained herein, published organizational values, mission, vision, company building, offices, layout, design, furnishing of staff, and demographic data examination. To determine the organizational culture, it is unquestionable to test leaders and analyze the leadership style. In addition, we can apply a number of methodologies and their statistical analysis such as observation, group and individual unstructured or semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire.
