In the globalized world, the cultural background of the participants and players of political, economic and business activities, of companies and of organizations is more often than not diverse and variant. This diversity implies the probability of upcoming differences and varied preferences of the actors with various cultural backgrounds in their behaviour patterns in the course of their activities and decision making which they usually take as granted and hence to be followed. Societies in the countries of East Asia are particularly affected by the imperative of growing internationalization that requires a profound study of the phenomenon.
