A kutatási téma leírása:
The main objective of the research topic is to develop and verify measurement methodologies that can accurately determine the level of innovation capability / innovativeness projected to individuals, companies, regions or even countries. Based on this, the development directions and programs can be designated, after the implementation of which their innovation potential will improve and thus they can gain a competitive advantage, which in turn plays a crucial role in increasing and enhancing “success”. Research questions:
How can the concept of innovation capability be interpreted and what measurement methods exist in the domestic and international literature?
How effective are these methodologies, what are their potential shortcomings, what are the possible directions for further development?
How can the ability to innovate be influenced and developed at the individual, social level?
•What programs can be proposed that will strengthen the innovation capability of both companies and the national economy?
