A kutatási téma leírása:
The topic gives the possibility to research the effective supporting system and the practice of teacher training, either in higher education or in the training schools. Particular attention is paid to the various ways in which teacher training can help trainees to become resilient teachers who find satisfaction in their profession. The applicant can read English or German professional literature, and has basic skills in statistics or is able (or willing to learn) to use statistical software to perform quantitative and qualitative researches.
