The aim of this research is to propose a framework for multi-objective optimization for assembly line balancing methods, with the help of the multilayer network representation of production system from the gathered big data, to improve the manufacturing productivity. Hence, a framework to enhance productivity, human-labor utilization, backlog minimization will be constructed. The optimization algorithm takes into consideration different objectives and cost values, provide the manufacturing company with more possible options, regarding higher utilization of workers/operators, less conveyor stoppages and work bottleneck
