Description of the research topic:
The advantages of nanotech-drugs compared to conventional drugs on the basis of particle size. Drug products with nano dimension can be used at lower concentration and can lead to early onset of bioactivity. Nanocrystals offer a quick action onset due to faster dissolution and rapid absorption. The aim of the work is following different technological protocols to form nanosuspensions and develop drug delivery systems for alternative e.g. nasal or pulmonary drug administration. The prepared samples will be tested containing physico-chemical analyses and in vitro and in silico and in vivo models.
