Description of the research topic:

Preserving mental health is crucial in workplace communities, as a significant portion of employees are affected by the negative impacts of workplace stress and pressure. It's important for workplaces to provide adequate support and resources to employees for maintaining and enhancing mental well-being. This includes fostering an open communication environment, teaching stress management techniques, and promoting work-life balance. Programs and initiatives such as psychological counseling, meditation, or stress-reducing activities can be effective tools in helping employees cope with daily challenges and stress. Employers play a pivotal role in this process, as their attitudes and actions largely influence the workplace environment and its impact on employees' mental health. The importance of prevention and health preservation is essential for employees to be more balanced, satisfied, and productive in the long run, which is beneficial for both employees and employers.
