Description of the research topic:

We will investigate the clinical value of myocardial perfusion studies using the multipinhole cardiac collimator (MPH-Cardiac) in terms of diagnostic accuracy and reproducibility of PPV, PNV and quantitative measurements compared to conventional technology (LEHR collimator). In addition, the establishment of a first-pass myocardial perfusion SPECT method and the comparison of the resulting calculated coronary flow reserve (CFR) with validated clinical parameters (e.g. catheter-based FFR).
