Description of the research topic:

Resume
The financial personality is inseparable from the personality as a whole, which is constantly developing and evolving from childhood. This basically polarizes in adulthood, for example, it can turn into an intro or extroverted character, depending on how strongly the external (expectations, search for results) and internal driving forces influence the individual. Of course, other personality typologies can also be examined, such as the Big Five. The digital transition due to Covid19 not only developed competencies in this direction, but the personal relationships maintained in the online space also played a significant role in the development of the students' personalities. The armed conflict currently taking place in our neighborhood is characterized by different circumstances than the pandemic. In accordance with the different effects, new solutions must be sought again. The price increase, inflation, and energy crisis related to the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict can be used as a model of the crisis situation. These crisis situations typically affect the individual by destabilizing financial security, but a potentially escalating conflict may even result in a direct threat to life. By asking the participants about the period before and after the beginning of the conflict, it is also possible to quantitatively assess the impact of crises. The future expectations of the respondents can also be researched, for example with a properly structured questionnaire or focused interviews. The study can analyze the relationship between a single area (e.g. income, sense of financial security and vulnerability) or age group (university students, adults) and personality, but it is also possible to present a larger, multidimensional picture of the situation as an optional topic. A possible proposal for handling and solving the situation can be of special value to the thesis, e.g. in the field of financial education or human resource management, and possibly in legal regulation.
