Description of the research topic:

II. DETAILED RESEARCH TOPIC PROPOSAL
Research fields and possible research directions, expected methods of research. Research on sustainability, tourism and rural development is a particularly important topic nowadays, both abroad and in our country. The definitions and principles of responsible and responsible tourism are constantly changing. However, there is a consensus that responsible tourism minimizes negative environmental, economic, social and cultural impacts, generates more economic benefits for the local society, thereby increasing the well-being and prosperity
of the local community, expanding employment opportunities and providing local people with the opportunity to engage with tourism. It involves local stakeholders in decisions that affect their daily lives, their quality of life and contribute to the preservation of environmental, economic, social and cultural heritage. Developing tourism in this way is an important aspect of building mutually respectful relations between tourists and local people, thus strengthening their identity and their trust in the tourists who visit them. These principles and their implementation are particularly important in rural areas. Research into these issues is at the
forefront internationally, is very popular and provides answers to questions that affect many people.
