Description of the research topic:
Knowledge management and intergenerational research in the workplace are very fashionable research topics. The studies analyse the willingness to transfer knowledge between generations and what employees of different ages expect from the organisation and colleagues expect from each other in return for knowledge. Further questions are: which generations can each generation work with and why? In the course of the analysis, we will also identify the utility variables of knowledge transfer willingness for the organisation and the individual, and identify directions for its development.
