Description of the research topic:

In the past period, local supply chains have been (re)valued, which can foster the development of the economy of a settlement or region, the independence of their producers and processors, strengthen trust between the members of the supply chain and provide fresh, high (unique) quality products. During the research, following a situation analysis, we examine consumer behavior, the possibilities of changing it, and some strategies for the development of local channels.
