Description of the research topic:
Due to the finite soil resources, erosion research is of prime importance for the optimization of nutrient losses and for determining the place and method of protection. In the course of the research, we can get answers to the speed of the process of soil material movement by erosion, the degree of accumulation and the determination of the location of potential interventions. The assessment and analysis of the quantitative and qualitative changes caused by erosion events can provide an answer to what changes the shifting and accumulating soil material has undergone, how much loss it has caused for a given area unit, and how much time it can take to restore it.
