Description of the research topic:

The rapid development of technology is a challenge for our world. We have come and are facing legal, economic, sociological and educational issues.
The pace of technical development is exponential, which also means that countries that are not adapting to development are also exponential.
Adapting the technical and technological solutions of the 3rd and 4th Industrial Revolutions is a necessary task.
Technical - technological solutions, which still seem fantastic today, are often not, or difficult to understand, part of our real world.
The first question is, do states intend to adapt to technical progress? This question may seem irrational at first hearing. Which country would not want to become a modern country? However, the economic and political interests of closed societies, dictatorial and autocratic systems may conflict with the use of certain technologies (e.g., multiple content may display a wide range of opinions).
The doctoral training program encourages candidates to examine the legal aspects of adaptation to technical and technological progress. We refer to the possibilities of infringing intellectual property rights and the problem of illegal arms in 3D printing, the constitutional legal and data protection issue of Big Data, the liability issues of self-driving vehicles, the administrative, organizational and security tasks of "smart cities", the protection, and security of IoT systems and critical infrastructures, artificial intelligence, the possible legal personality of it, the complex problems of cybercrime (from jurisdiction to new types of attacks to special investigative knowledge, etc.), cyber aggression without a message of war, and cyber wars.
The scientific works created in the program can provide valuable knowledge to legislators and law enforcers, and can be an adjunct to legal education.
Following the development of technology, its legal interpretation is a real example of “lifelong learning”.
Based on your research research findings, you will be able to keep up with the future challenges you may face in your work.
