Description of the research topic:

The automotive industry in Europe is facing significant challenges: in addition to technological transformation, there is a need to respond to China's growing competition in Europe and Hungary. Because of the importance of the automotive industry in the Hungarian economy, the analysis of these strategies and the regional impact of the global transformation of supply chains is of key importance. This is the topic of the research.
