Description of the research topic:

Renewable building materials are the key factor of the future building materials and technologies. Global warming can not be stopped unless the building sector radically raise the ratio of renewable materials in buildings.
The mentioned industrial change needs a scientific background research, for finding the cellulose based raw materials come from forestry and agriculture to be investigated. In this PhD topic these materials will be examined and the chosen ones will be used for developing building materials, either a structural or insulation and siding purpose.
