Abbreviation of location of studies: ELTE

Description of the research topic:

The aims of the research to create a complex solution related to maintenance and manufacturing resource management in a manufacturing company. Evaluate the effectiveness of the current manufacturing resource management practice and identify the possible weakness. Create a multilayer model related to the resources (human, machinery, materials…) which can use to create recommendations. According to the appropriate data, the development strategies of maintenance activities should increase the efficiency. Also need a system for monitoring the implementation of changes over time. Machine learning elements help to create accurate forecasting and preventive actions. Scientifically defined key performance indicators (KPIs) helps to measure the success of implemented strategies.
By achieving these aims, the research intends to contribute to the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the manufacturing processes within the company. The findings and recommendations should serve as a valuable guide for decision-makers to optimize maintenance activities and resource allocation.
