Description of the research topic:

Good business communication contributes to the success of companies, employee satisfaction and employee retention. One of the tools is coaching-type communication, which can be individual or group coaching. The research will examine the implementation and use of coaching tools and methodology in business environment. Research methods are case studies, interviews and questionnaires.
