Description of the research topic:

Due to globalization challenges (internationalization, migration, labour market expectations, innovation pressure, post COVID etc.) and the spread of explosively developing infocommunication tools, software and applications, the higher education is undergoing continuous transformation and development both in its organizational operation, in the methodology of education and in the relation to the competences of teachers. Consequently, it is important to examine the possibilities of applying good practices and new organizational solutions and/or to compare international higher education institutions in the case of Hungarian higher education institutions that have become foundation-owned, both in terms of university management, educational methodology, as well as changes in teaching skills and competences.
